AI Engineer

Mintlify is revolutionizing the documentation space, serving 20m+ developers annually and powering documentation for over 5000 companies including industry leaders like Anthropic, Scale AI, Cursor, X, Perplexity, and Zapier. As a founding software engineer, you'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to shape the core product offering.

The role focuses on two main areas: AI/LLMs and data platform development. You'll be improving their Retrieval Augmented Generation platform through experimentation with foundational LLMs and novel cognitive architectures, helping set industry standards for enterprise AI applications. Additionally, you'll optimize the data infrastructure for better performance and scalability.
