The backend developer role at Miso offers an opportunity to work on a rapidly scaling platform that's transforming how people access home services in Korea. As part of the product team, you'll be involved in:

• Designing and developing new services to meet diverse business requirements
• Creating and optimizing internal tools to maximize operational efficiency
• Implementing progressive refactoring to resolve existing system challenges

The team operates with an agile development culture, focusing on data-driven decision making and problem-solving engineering. You'll be working in a hybrid environment (mix of remote and office work) with modern tools and equipment provided.

Miso has secured significant investment, including being the first Korean O2O company to receive funding from Y Combinator. The company has expanded from home cleaning to offering over 180 different services including moving, pet sitting, and interior remodeling.
