You'll work directly with various stakeholders, from CEOs to data scientists, helping deploy state-of-the-art GenAI applications across different industries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in AI/data science (PhD/Master's) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI-based products. Technical expertise in LLMs, Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks is essential. The role requires both technical depth and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities For Applied AI Engineer, Use-case
- Onboarding customers on products and APIs, providing guidance on prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning
- Working on state-of-the-art GenAI applications from consumer products to industrial use cases
- Deploying production use cases with business impact across various industries
- Collaborating with researchers and engineers on complex customer projects
- Participating in pre-sales calls to understand client needs
- Collaborating with product and science team to improve product and model capabilities
Requirements For Applied AI Engineer, Use-case
- PhD / master in AI / data science
- 2+ years as technical individual contributor on AI-based products
- Experience in Fine Tuning LLMs, tackling advanced RAG or agentic use cases
- Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying machine learning and LLMs
- Experience with building and deploying LLMs or NLP applications
- Strong technical coding skills in Python
- Experience with deep learning with Pytorch
- Experience with agents framework such as Langchain, vector DBs
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
