Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, Security
- Ensure fast and reliable launch of new models and features to customers
- Build systems, APIs and interfaces to interact with large language models
- Improve and extend infrastructure for packaging, deploying and integrating core technology
- Solve AI safety challenges on third-party platforms
- Ensure high availability and performance of services
- Optimize performance of large-scale distributed systems
- Act as security advocate and implement secure systems
- Conduct code and architecture reviews for security
- Manage and mitigate vulnerabilities
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, Security
- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with backend or fullstack development
- Experience in security projects or SRE
- Strong development skills in Python
- Ability to review code with security-first mindset
- Autonomous and self-starter
- Familiarity with security standards (OWASP, ISO 27001)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and SDLC practices
