MNTN is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the Engineering PMO and support the Machine Learning Team. This role will significantly shape the future of generative AI and machine learning initiatives within MNTN Performance TV advertising. The ideal candidate will drive product roadmap initiatives, provide an agile framework for the development team, and act as a liaison between stakeholder departments. Key responsibilities include delivering products in desired availability windows, managing project scopes and timelines, documenting project plans, removing blockers, analyzing usage data, and facilitating agile events. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of project management and/or product management experience, preferably leading cross-functional teams that build data products. Experience in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or client-facing SaaS platforms is preferred. The role requires understanding of data flows, experience with agile development frameworks, and proficiency with Atlassian Products. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
