Description For Analytics Engineer

Join Mollie, a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in the Netherlands with a European footprint, as an Analytics Engineer in our Go-to-Market Domain. This pivotal role drives our goal to 10x lead generation and double new business year-on-year. You'll use data to power lead sourcing and scoring, identifying relevant companies and data points online. You'll enrich leads with relevant data and prioritize using machine learning. You'll also manage data models for CRM tooling, empowering marketers to create segmented audience lists for scaled marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Exploratory analysis with commercial and data teams
  2. Data ingestion from various third-party sources
  3. Data modeling for clean, robust, and performant data models
  4. Integration management for CRM
  5. Business Intelligence using dbt and Looker

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, or data analyst
  • Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, dbt
  • Experience with orchestration (e.g., Airflow) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Experience in sales/marketing and associated data sources
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, pragmatic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker) and Git
