Engineer II - GTM Optimisation

Mollie, a leading European payment service provider, is expanding its Engineering department with a new hub in Milan, Italy. As an Engineer II in the Lead Creation team within the GTM Optimisation domain, you'll play a crucial role in achieving Mollie's ambitious goal of doubling new business year over year.

The position focuses on developing proprietary software tools for finding and analyzing relevant companies and data points on the internet. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of ideal customer profile leads, enhanced with relevant data points and prioritized through machine learning scoring.

Working in a new team comprising both existing Mollies and new hires, you'll collaborate with professionals skilled in Application Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and data science. The role primarily involves backend development, with occasional frontend work, and emphasizes building scalable systems that can handle high-volume payment processing.
