Senior Software Engineer - Partnership

Mollie is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Partnership to join their team in Milan. As part of the payments monetization team, you'll be building the future of embedded finance. You'll work on developing solutions for platforms that are embedding payment servicing as part of their product. Your responsibilities include iterating from idea to final solution, challenging ideas, improving the state of tech, and raising the overall quality of the platform.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in developing large-scale web applications, strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), and understanding of service-oriented architecture patterns. You'll be working with a tech stack that includes Java, PHP, TypeScript, React, and Google Cloud Platform.

Mollie's architecture consists of multiple apps optimized for specific purposes, with frontend apps written in TypeScript using React, and backend systems primarily in Java and PHP hosted on Google Cloud. The company prioritizes performance, stability, and resilience in its applications.
