As a Senior Backend Engineer at Moloco, you'll play a crucial role in leading feature development, design, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications for both internal and external users. You'll be instrumental in scaling our products, including RMP and the #1 Independent DSP, as we push for growth and scalability.

We're looking for an experienced engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience, proficient in modern languages like Java, C#, Go, or C++. You should have a strong background in backend/infrastructure systems and experience working with large-scale distributed systems. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, leading project teams, and collaborating across various departments.
