Moloco is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for their Commerce Media team. This role is part of the Customer Engineering (CE) team, which partners with Business Development and Product/Engineering teams to be trusted technical advisors for Moloco's clients. The successful candidate will help retail media platform owners build in-house advertisement businesses using Moloco Commerce Media (MCM), a machine learning-powered AdTech solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor for clients
- Providing guidance on platform integration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Understanding clients' business objectives and challenges
- Collaborating with BD teams on pre-sales activities
- Leading technical implementation projects
- Conducting training sessions and workshops
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and product innovation
The ideal candidate should have:
- 8+ years of professional experience in cloud, software, or machine learning domains
- 5+ years in technical field roles in the retail or AdTech industry
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation, architecture design, or consulting experience
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the AdTech industry
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
