Principal Consulting Engineer

MongoDB, the leading developer data platform, is seeking a Principal Consulting Engineer for their Professional Services (PS) team in Gurugram. This role is part of the Services Delivery Enablement (SDE) team and focuses on technical enablement of MongoDB's PS partner ecosystem worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with MongoDB platform and related technologies, along with a background in software development, consulting, or support. They should be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and have experience with various databases.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and delivering technical enablement programs for PS partners
2. Collaborating with PS Partner Managers to foster relationships within the partner ecosystem
3. Creating in-depth enablement content and delivering technical training
4. Supporting the development of new PS offerings
5. Building and maintaining playbooks and best practices
