MORSE is an innovative, employee-owned tech company located in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. We specialize in solving multi-disciplinary problems for the US National Security Ecosystem, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Manned and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Mission Planning, and Situational Awareness.

As a Frontend Software Engineer at MORSE, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications supporting AI model development, simulation, situational awareness, and mission planning for DoD customers. You'll collaborate closely with HCI and UX engineers to design intuitive UIs and work with software engineers to implement them.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, building software for human users. We utilize various technologies, including React, React Native, Kotlin, and Python. You'll be responsible for designing and developing web applications, collaborating on UI/UX design, working on object-oriented and maintainable codebases, staying current with frontend trends, and participating in code reviews.

Key requirements include US citizenship (or ability to obtain US Security Clearance), 5+ years of frontend development experience, strong JavaScript and React skills, and a BS or MS in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities For Frontend Software Engineer
