Database Engineer

As a Database Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's extensive database infrastructure, primarily focused on PostgreSQL deployments. You'll be responsible for ensuring 99.99% SLAs while managing over 100 databases and various AWS managed services.

The role combines deep technical expertise in database management with strategic thinking about scalability and performance. You'll work closely with product teams, developers, and SREs to build robust database solutions that support Motive's growing customer base of 120,000+ organizations across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, and other sectors.
