Responsibilities For SaaSOps Engineer

  • Configure and manage SaaS and internally-hosted applications for IT
  • Design, configure, implement, maintain internal applications including Okta, Atlassian suite, G Suite and Slack
  • Assess and select new technologies and integrations
  • Document procedures, policies, technical instructions and securitization practices
  • Maintain enterprise application reliability
  • Perform application risk assessments
  • Create and maintain Custom API integrations between SaaS tools

Requirements For SaaSOps Engineer

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT services
  • 2+ years of experience with Custom API scripting/coding
  • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud Identity as a Service (IdaaS) solution like Okta, BetterCloud
  • 2+ years implementing and supporting SAML and federated authentication
  • Experience managing G-Suite (DNS record configuration, security configuration, email routing)
  • Experience planning, executing and managing technical projects independently
