As a Salesforce Developer in Motive's Enterprise Systems team, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining systems used by both customers and internal teams. The position requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, VisualForce, and various Salesforce APIs.

The role combines technical excellence with collaborative teamwork, requiring participation in scrum ceremonies, product demonstrations, and close work with technical SMEs. You'll be responsible for writing maintainable code, ensuring extensive test coverage, and following best practices in CI/CD processes.
