As a Senior Sales Engineer on the Strategic team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and sales effectiveness. You'll be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, supporting POCs, and working closely with Strategic Account Executives to drive complex sales cycles. Responsibilities For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Partner and strategize with Strategic Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support and onsite meetings
  • Provide customized demonstrations of the Motive product offering to prospects
  • Match customer pains and requirements to proposed solutions
  • Become an expert on Motive's competition
  • Work with Enterprise AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Act as sales liaison between multiple internal organizations

Requirements For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Minimum 5+ years working with Strategic-level sales prospects in pre-sales/sales engineering capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor's of Science preferred, MS a plus
  • Ability to travel ~30%
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
