The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Enterprise Account Executives, conducting product demonstrations, supporting POCs, and participating in onsite meetings. You'll be responsible for showcasing Motive's comprehensive product offering to diverse prospects and matching customer needs with appropriate solutions.

This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills. You'll need 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales engineering, preferably with SaaS and hardware experience. The position demands expertise in APIs and integrations, along with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Partner and strategize with Enterprise Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support and onsite meetings
  • Provide customized demonstrations of the Motive product offering to prospects
  • Match customer pains and requirements to proposed solutions
  • Become an expert on Motive's competition
  • Work with Enterprise AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Act as sales liaison between multiple internal organizations

Requirements For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Minimum 5+ years working with Enterprise level sales prospects in pre-sales/sales engineering capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor's of Science preferred, MS a plus
  • Ability to travel ~30%
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
