Responsibilities For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Partner and strategize with Strategic Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support and onsite meetings
  • Provide customized demonstrations of Motive product offering to prospects
  • Match customer pains and requirements to proposed solutions
  • Become an expert on Motive's competition
  • Work with Enterprise AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Act as sales liaison between internal organizations including Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Product Marketing

Requirements For Senior Sales Engineer

  • 5+ years working with Strategic-level sales prospects in pre-sales/sales engineering capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor's of Science preferred, MS a plus
  • Ability to travel ~30%
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
