Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Motive, you'll be at the forefront of modernizing Compliance, Fleet, and Driver management solutions for Enterprise customers. Your role will involve building scalable infrastructure and APIs/services that increase productivity, profitability, and road safety in the trucking industry.

You'll be part of a passionate team making a significant impact on a crucial sector of the economy. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions, writing secure and maintainable code, launching features used at scale, and providing on-call support for deployed services.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of software development experience, with a strong background in building product infrastructure, distributed systems, and data models. Proficiency in languages like Ruby on Rails, Go Lang, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js is required, along with experience in both relational and NoSQL databases and cloud infrastructure.
