Software Engineer, MLOps

Motive is seeking a Software Engineer, MLOps to drive crucial infrastructure and platform initiatives related to AI/ML pipelines. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying MLOps infrastructure to improve the velocity of development and deployment of AI and deep learning models. You'll work on scalable cloud AI/ML pipelines for customer-facing inference and visualization services, implement best MLOps practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLOps and DevOps tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. • Design and deploy MLOps infrastructure for efficient model training and inference

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years experience in designing and operating scalable software systems
• 4+ years hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps tools
• Strong CS foundations
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of computer vision, deep learning, or machine learning is a plus
