Description For Electrical Engineer

Motivo Engineering is a premium engineering consultancy at the forefront of technological innovation, specializing in EV companies, robotics development, and aerospace R&D. We're seeking talented Electrical Engineers to join our dynamic team.

As an Electrical Engineer at Motivo, you'll have broad ownership and significant impact on projects. This isn't a typical role where you're just a cog in the machine - you'll be directly involved in shaping products from conception to completion. You'll work alongside CEOs and CTOs, contributing to product strategy while handling hands-on technical work.

Our team consists of skilled engineers, fabricators, and technicians tackling cutting-edge challenges. We've built a strong reputation in the start-up world as a reliable partner for turning innovative ideas into reality. We're particularly known for our work with some of the fastest-growing EV companies, robotics developers, and aerospace R&D projects.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for hardware design, system-level architecture, client relationships, and hands-on implementation. We value diverse experience and encourage continuous learning. The position requires proficiency in hardware design (PCB, wire harness, electronic systems), debugging skills, and firmware development.

We offer an attractive compensation package including base salary ($80,000-$110,000) plus annual profit sharing ($16,000-$22,000). Our benefits include high-quality insurance, 401k matching, generous vacation time, and a 4-day work week. Join us in developing world-changing technologies in a collaborative, innovative environment.
