Java/Fullstack developer

Our partner is a Hungarian company striving for innovative IT solutions. Their development team, part of an international development team, has expanded significantly. The role involves working on developing new and enhancing existing Risk applications, being part of an Agile squad with members in Budapest and other locations, following Agile principles and applying DevOps practices. You'll work with large datasets and develop distributed data processing and calculation. The position also involves shaping the tooling and technology landscape of Risk Management by introducing tools enabling better business processes required for meeting the Firm's regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new and enhancing existing Risk applications
• Collaborating in an Agile squad across multiple locations
• Working with large datasets and distributed data processing
• Shaping Risk Management tooling and technology

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in any relevant field of IT/Engineering
• Solid knowledge of Java language or Solid Angular with some Java knowledge
• Strong SQL query writing and understanding skills
• Experience in application and data model design
• Agile Development experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and communication skills
