Responsibilities For Senior Python Developer
- Actively participating in creation of specifications
- Participating in project sizing and resource requirements
- Work with the team to brainstorm technical solutions
- Arrive at a consensus for solution architecture and design
- Ensuring quality of the end deliverable
- Establishing and executing the deployment strategy
- Communicate status updates
Requirements For Senior Python Developer
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant work experience in software development using Python
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience in SQL and AWS Services
- Experience with large, cross-functional technical projects
- Experience delivering production‐grade software
- Experience with data movement across multiple database platforms
- Extensive experience troubleshooting internal and externally developed code
- Experience with Spark and Parquet (plus)
- Comfortable with iterative development
- Thorough understanding of software processes
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to look at wide array of choices
- CI/CD practices knowledge
- Atlassian JIRA experience (plus)
