Enterprise Solution Engineer

mParticle by Rokt is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Engineer to join their growing EMEA Solutions Engineering Team. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on the company's Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP). The position offers a competitive compensation package of £130,000 - £171,500 plus equity and benefits.

The role involves working with enterprise customers and partners to demonstrate the value of mParticle's CDP solutions. You'll be responsible for understanding customer objectives, designing technical solutions, and showcasing how mParticle can drive measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading technical design processes, creating tailored solutions, and delivering proof of concepts to accelerate deal cycles.

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with Sales teams to deliver value-based demonstrations and technical proposals. The role requires staying current with AI/ML advancements, contributing to thought leadership, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You'll work in a hybrid environment (4 days/week in office) and may travel up to 25% for client meetings.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS or Martech, with deep knowledge of CDPs and marketing automation.
