Enterprise Solution Engineer

mParticle by Rokt is a leading customer data platform that recently merged to create a powerful force in the ecommerce and data analytics space. The company is seeking an Enterprise Solution Engineer to join their AMER Solutions Engineering Team. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on helping enterprise customers leverage the company's Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP).

The position offers a competitive compensation package of $180,000 - $224,000 base salary, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of technical solution design and business value creation, working with enterprise customers to showcase the platform's capabilities and drive measurable outcomes.

The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise in customer data platforms, marketing automation, and analytics, combined with strong communication skills to effectively present complex solutions to diverse audiences. You'll be responsible for leading technical design processes, creating tailored solutions, and delivering proof of concepts while working closely with various teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles, with deep knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office) and requires up to 25% travel for client meetings.
