Technical Services & Development Engineer

mParticle by Rokt is seeking a Technical Services & Development Engineer for a hybrid role that combines technical support and software development. This position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $131,000 - $158,000, including base salary, equity, and benefits.

The role involves supporting developer teams implementing mParticle's various SDKs (Android, iOS, JavaScript) while actively contributing to the codebase. You'll work at the intersection of customer success and product development, making meaningful contributions to both customer experience and platform enhancement.

As a Technical Services & Development Engineer, you'll split your time between resolving support tickets and writing code. You'll collaborate with multiple teams including Customer Success, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to deliver world-class support while contributing directly to product development. The position requires strong technical skills in software development, particularly with strongly typed languages and frontend frameworks, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
