Description For Technical Services Engineer

mParticle by Rokt is a leading customer data platform that helps global brands transform data into actionable insights. As a Technical Services Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in providing world-class service to customers, working closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Engineering teams. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from £67,500 - £77,000, including equity and benefits.

You'll support customers' developer and marketing teams in implementing mParticle's mobile and web SDKs, working with various APIs and integrations. The role requires expertise in multiple programming languages, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Initially, you'll work day shifts during onboarding, transitioning to night shifts, and eventually moving back to day shifts after about a year.

Responsibilities For Technical Services Engineer

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams
  • Support customers via multiple channels
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving tickets
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
  • Assist Engineering teams in bug fixes and documentation
  • Build internal tooling, SOPs and KBs
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements For Technical Services Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in technical roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Willing to participate in on-call rotations
