The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robust and scalable applications, working in a collaborative environment alongside other developers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams. The position offers the flexibility of remote work from any Latin American country, with compensation in USD. The initial project duration is 2 months with potential extension to 6 months, and there's another project opportunity for a minimum of 12 months. The role involves working with modern technologies including microservices architecture, cloud services, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Responsibilities For Backend Developer Node.js Semi Senior
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Implement and maintain microservices using Node.js
- Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and functional)
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Optimize applications for high availability and performance
- Manage cloud service integrations (AWS, GCP)
- Participate in software architecture planning and review
- Technically lead younger teams and guide in development best practices
Requirements For Backend Developer Node.js Semi Senior
- At least 3 years of backend development experience with Node.js
- Advanced English (C1) - Work with US clients
- Experience in microservice-based architecture design
- Advanced knowledge in relational databases and NoSQL
- Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git
- Experience working with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
