Responsibilities For Customer Engineer Data
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal team for cloud requirements
- Develop proposals: Collaborate with sales team in technical and commercial proposals
- Conduct presentations: Present solutions to clients, highlighting value and benefits
- Identify gaps and provide documentation/suggestions during execution
- Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders
- Effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and partners in a fast-paced service environment
Requirements For Customer Engineer Data
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- Over 3 years of experience in data and analytics teams within retail, banking, industry sectors
- Over 3 years of experience implementing enterprise data platforms, including BI, AI, and Data Engineering products
- Practical experience in using and managing analytical databases
- Experience in migration and modernization of enterprise data warehouses
- Experience in technical sizing, component proposal development, and solution costing
- Experience in technology strategy, architecture, and digital transformation
- Experience in selling Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product portfolio solutions
- Knowledge in data architecture design and implementation, governance, security, and data quality
- Advanced analytics knowledge at conceptual level
- Knowledge of Google services such as BigQuery, Cloud DataFlow, Cloud DataProc, Data Fusion, Vertex AI
- Knowledge of different data integration tools for batch and streaming processing
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and convert them into highly scalable solutions
