Multiplica Talent is seeking an expert Shopify Developer to lead the implementation of a pioneering project in their company, specializing in E-commerce solutions. This project, focused on the Fashion industry, will be the first to implement Shopify in their portfolio, utilizing innovative architectures and technologies like Next.js and Contentful. The role is initially a 3-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will be part of an innovative team responsible for integrating new technologies into their service offering, setting a precedent for future Shopify developments. The position requires strong expertise in both Frontend and Backend development, with a focus on integrations and service consumption. Responsibilities For Shopify Developer
- Design and develop a comprehensive Shopify-based E-commerce solution
- Implement and maintain headless architecture for Shopify, ensuring scalability and performance
- Develop Frontend components using Next.js and React
- Configure and integrate Contentful CMS for dynamic content management
- Implement integrations with external services
- Collaborate with the new technologies integration team
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure final product quality
Requirements For Shopify Developer
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce development
- Proven experience in complete Shopify implementations (Frontend and Backend)
- Advanced knowledge of headless architecture in Shopify and complex integrations
- Proficiency with Next.js and React.js
- Experience with API integration and web services
- Intermediate technical English (B1)
- Full-time availability to work from Mexico during the 3-month project
- Excellent communication and remote team collaboration skills
- Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
