Software Engineer

MyTraffic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative team working on large-scale data processing and visualization solutions. As a key member of the development team, you'll work alongside Backend and Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and designers to build and maintain user-facing applications and robust backend systems.

The role offers unique technical challenges, including optimizing well-known algorithms (like making Dijkstra's algorithm 10x faster), working with massive datasets, and solving unprecedented problems in data prediction and OLAP insights. You'll be working with a modern tech stack including Vue/React, TypeScript, Node.js/Django, and advanced database systems like PostgreSQL, PostGIS, BigQuery, and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of software engineering experience, strong analytical skills, and deep database expertise. You'll be expected to mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate across teams.
