Responsibilities For QA Automation Engineer

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts
  • Execute automated tests to ensure software quality and performance
  • Collaborate with developers and other teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and propose solutions
  • Document test results and report defects clearly and precisely
  • Maintain and update automated testing frameworks to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements For QA Automation Engineer

  • Solid experience in software test automation
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or similar
  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress or similar
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar
  • Ability to identify, document and track defects
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
