Software Engineer - Customer Experience

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying patterns and opportunities to enhance application stability
• Optimizing application observability through metrics, logs, and traces
• Performing code fixes and production deployments
• Conducting root cause analysis of critical production issues
• Leading postmortem meetings with stakeholders
• Building automation tools

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS or MS in Computer Science
• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Experience with AWS services
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to decompose complex systems and find failure scenarios
• Passion for user experience and strong empathy for end users
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Linux, Containers, and CI/CD processes
