We're seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in advancing our battery technology.

As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and testing high-power battery systems, working across multiple teams including Product Engineering, Technology, and Operations. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong analytical capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of reliability engineering experience, with a strong background in statistical analysis and testing methodologies. You'll be working with state-of-the-art testing equipment and developing innovative procedures for accelerated life and abuse testing of battery systems. The position offers exposure to various aspects of battery development, from design to implementation and field testing.

Responsibilities For Senior Reliability Engineer
- Develop and execute qualification test plans for sodium-ion batteries and components
- Design optimal experiments to model physics of degradation of battery systems
- Develop and improve procedures for accelerated testing of failure modes
- Develop and operate computer algorithms for battery test data analysis
- Support production of reliable batteries and develop measurement protocols
- Apply failure analysis and statistical analysis techniques
- Perform detailed calculations using statistical software
- Manage work of Failure Analysis technician
Requirements For Senior Reliability Engineer
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as reliability engineer
- Strong experience in 5D / 8D, and FMEA exercises
- Extensive knowledge of applied statistics and statistics software
- Extensive knowledge of HALT and HASS testing
- Experience in failure analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Design for Reliability techniques
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive and team-first attitude
- Comfort in working at a fast-paced environment
