Senior Photogrammetrist / Image Processing Engineer

Near Space Labs is revolutionizing earth imaging through their innovative fleet of stratospheric robots. Operating at altitudes between 40,000 and 60,000 feet, their proprietary balloon-based imaging systems capture petabytes of high-quality imagery for diverse applications. They're seeking a Senior Photogrammetrist/Image Processing Engineer to lead the evolution of their petabyte-scale geospatial imagery pipeline.

The role combines advanced technical expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, and image processing with practical software engineering skills. You'll be responsible for developing sophisticated bundle adjustment algorithms, building robust orthorectification pipelines, and implementing various image correction techniques. Working closely with software engineers and flight vehicle teams, you'll help integrate these solutions into production systems while contributing to sensor design and calibration.
