Senior Fullstack Engineer

Nearsure is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer to help develop platform and data abstractions that will scale as they continue to grow. This role is ideal for developers who understand the challenges of the startup world and are flexible and independent. You'll work hands-on with a highly skilled team of Engineers and Product Managers to ideate, build, and improve the company's payment products and features. The position offers the opportunity to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations teams. You'll be expected to think through customer pain points, come up with elegant solutions, and own the products you build. The role involves participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release. This remote position allows you to work from Latin America for US clients, gaining cross-cultural expertise and improving your English skills through daily communication.
