Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who collaborates closely with project leaders and clients to analyze, design, and oversee the development of Salesforce implementations in accordance with stakeholder specifications. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, a Senior Developer proactively offers suggestions and enhances processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and web development best practices.
• Participate in technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
• Write technical solution documentation detailing technical approach and how it achieves business objectives.
• Configure solutions within the Salesforce platform and perform custom development.
• Develop, test, and document development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.
• Customize user interfaces to meet client requirements and enhance user experience.
• Integrate third-party applications and systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 3+ years of experience working with Apex.
• 2+ years of experience working with LWC.
• 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Developer 1 Certification.
• Advanced English level for effective communication with US clients.
