Senior Software Engineer

Nearsure is seeking a Senior React.js Engineer to join their team working on a no/low code solution for customer workflow automation. The role involves managing and implementing business knowledge and technical skills, deploying and managing production systems, and supporting environments with emphasis on engineering backend and PaaS-focused products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and fix bugs in React codebase
• Optimize React codebase for improved scale and performance
• Work with Ruby on Rails, microservices, and Azure PaaS offerings
• Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows
• Build and test new designs for compliance with quality standards
• Interpret functional/non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions
• Maintain and modify existing applications without supervision
• Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks
• Gauge platform performance and optimize system behavior
• Mentor and guide team development efforts
• Stay updated on state-of-the-art development tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience working with React.js
• 2+ years of experience working with Ruby
• 2+ years of experience working with Microservices
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS or Azure
• 2+ years of experience building scalable cloud native architecture
• 1+ years of experience mentoring team members
• Advanced English level for effective communication with US clients
