Senior Software Test Engineer

As a Senior Software Test Engineer at Nearsure, you'll work remotely from Latin America for US clients, developing manual and automated tests to validate software functionality. You'll be responsible for evaluating acceptance criteria, determining test approaches, and executing both manual and automated tests. You'll own the testing automation strategy, maintain existing test automation frameworks, and lead others on quality-related work. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing manual and automated tests
• Owning the testing automation strategy and test data management
• Maintaining and improving test automation frameworks
• Writing, debugging, and executing code for API and UI automated testing
• Defining and implementing best practices for automated testing
• Providing metrics on business processes and code coverage
• Presenting test results to stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring team members on quality-related work

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing
• 2+ years of experience with C#, Selenium, AWS, Microservices, API and UI testing, and Azure DevOps
• Proven experience with CI/CD automation
• Advanced English level for effective communication with US clients
