Senior Testing Engineer

The Senior Testing Engineer at Nearsure is responsible for overseeing and implementing testing processes to ensure the highest quality of software applications. This role requires expertise in automated testing and a proactive approach to planning, designing, and executing test strategies. You'll develop comprehensive test strategies, create detailed test plans, execute both automated and manual testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Latin America for US clients, gaining cross-cultural expertise and improving English skills through daily communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing test strategies and optimizing testing processes
• Creating and executing detailed test plans
• Designing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Applying manual testing techniques when necessary
• Monitoring software development stages for quality assurance

• Collaborating with developers, project managers, and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in both Automation and Manual Testing
• 2+ years of experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Jenkins
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with US clients
