You'll develop comprehensive test strategies, optimize testing processes, create detailed test plans, execute test plans meticulously, design and maintain automated test scripts, apply manual testing techniques, monitor software development stages, report bugs, utilize various testing tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive documentation. You'll work remotely from Latin America for US clients, gaining cross-cultural expertise and improving your English skills with daily communication. Responsibilities For Senior Testing Engineer
- Develop comprehensive test strategies covering all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Optimize testing processes by incorporating best practices and methodologies
- Create detailed test plans defining scope, approach, resources, and schedule
- Execute test plans meticulously, ensuring thorough testing of functionalities and system integrity
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Apply manual testing techniques where necessary
- Monitor software development stages to identify and resolve system malfunctions
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and follow through on resolutions
- Utilize and manage various testing tools and technologies
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate test progress, results, and insights effectively
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and metrics
- Generate detailed reports on testing outcomes with insights and recommendations
Requirements For Senior Testing Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with Automation Testing
- 5+ years of experience working with Manual Testing
- 2+ years of experience working with Selenium
- 2+ years of experience working with Cucumber
- 2+ years of experience working with Jenkins
- 2+ years of experience working with GraphQL
- 2+ years of experience working with Playwright
- Advanced English Level for effective communication with US clients
