Description For Staff Software Engineer AI

Nearsure is seeking a Staff Software Engineer AI to join our remote team in Latin America. In this role, you'll contribute to the design and architecture of large-scale systems centered around search capabilities, develop new applications and services using C#, and enhance existing application UI leveraging React. You'll work on constructing scalable and reliable workflows that efficiently process big datasets, and be involved in the research and development of engineering methods, theories, and principles for new product development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining search capabilities for the company's platform
  • Building and testing new designs, formulations, materials, or systems
  • Developing new applications and services using C#
  • Enhancing existing application UI with React
  • Overall testing of new applications and services in different environments
  • Monitoring and enhancing the platform
  • Participating in team exercises to collaborate while building systems

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience with C#, ReactJs, AWS, and Microservices
  • 2+ years of experience with Kafka and AI
  • Advanced English proficiency
