Description For Sales Engineer

At Neostella, we take a customer-centric approach and use cutting-edge technologies to deliver solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients' business. Our offerings include Neodeluxe Legal Solutions, Work-Relay process and workflow solutions for Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, and Application Integration.

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical consulting mindset to work with clients during the presales process, understand their technical and process needs, document solutions, and provide quoting and pricing assistance. They will be involved in selling our Neodeluxe solutions to clients and work alongside our Account Executive team to demonstrate how we can optimize case management and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutions
  • Document client needs and process steps to generate estimate quotes and proposals
  • Lead the technical solution presentation to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical software development or technical consulting
  • Experience working with APIs and VMs
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Leadership skills to drive opportunities to successful conclusions
  • Technical mindset with ability to have business-driven conversations
  • Independence and organization to manage about 10 live opportunities simultaneously
