This role sits within the centralized Data and Insights organization, supporting the office of the Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of data science experience and an advanced quantitative degree to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities For Analytics Engineer (L4) - Intern Conversion

  • Embed with business stakeholders to influence decision-making using data
  • Uncover meaningful patterns and insights through proactive data analysis
  • Develop and drive adoption of self-service data product tools and solutions
  • Build visually appealing, high-performing reporting/dashboard products using Tableau
  • Partner with data engineers to design & develop data structures
  • Improve and maintain analytical tools for month-end close processes
  • Continually explore better data methods to improve precision and accuracy

Requirements For Analytics Engineer (L4) - Intern Conversion

Python
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (math, statistics, or similar)
  • 3+ years experience in data science and analytics
  • Solid foundation in complex SQL in a relational database environment
  • Proficient in Python or another scripting language
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Experience with descriptive, statistical, or machine learning analysis methods
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity and autonomy
  • Experience with finance and accounting teams preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce or subscription businesses preferred
