The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $720,000, with a unique compensation structure allowing employees to choose their preferred mix of salary and stock options annually. The role is remote, providing flexibility in work location while being officially based in Los Gatos, USA.

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining data pipelines, tooling, and visualizations that make member insights accessible across the company. The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and data engineering, with Scala knowledge being advantageous. You'll work at the intersection of analytics and engineering, partnering with product managers, engineers, designers, and scientists to drive higher-quality viewing and discovery experiences for global members.
