Description For AV Engineer- Operations

Netflix is seeking a versatile and experienced AV Engineer to join their UCAN team in Los Gatos, California. The role involves managing the global conference room AV experience, working cross-functionally with AV Events, and aiding in the design and construction of meeting spaces. Key responsibilities include leveraging data to optimize AV systems, collaborating with support teams, installing and maintaining AV equipment, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical support for live events. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate and studio AV environments, proficiency with Enterprise VC solutions, and strong project management skills. Requirements For AV Engineer- Operations

Linux
  • Experience supporting and managing vendors in corporate and studio AV environments
  • Proficiency with Enterprise VC solutions
  • Experience with AV integration
  • Experience operating and supporting live events
  • Understanding of networking technology and audio/video signal flow
  • Experience with Crestron equipment, audio DSP's, and Dante/AES microphone systems
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite tools
