The position involves building audience insights and measurement solutions from the ground up, tackling foundational challenges in the ads space such as lift solutions, conversion, and attribution modeling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading research and experimentation efforts to measure ad campaign performance and effectiveness
- Proposing clear evaluation frameworks and success criteria for complex problems
- Cultivating strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Executing and presenting robust research and insights
- Delivering technically excellent solutions using modeling, ML, and data exploration
- Being a thought leader for Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams in ads measurement
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Leadership experience with large-scale data and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong statistical knowledge and product intuition
- Excellent communication skills to drive product change across various stakeholders
- Strong SQL skills and programming skills in Python or R
- Ability to mentor and foster technical communities
