The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $170,000 to $720,000, with flexible stock options and comprehensive benefits. The company provides an environment where you can thrive with minimal oversight, tackle ambiguous challenges, and make a significant impact on how Netflix uses its infrastructure data.
