Description For Engineering Manager, Content Promotion & Distribution

Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Content Promotion & Distribution (CPD) organization in Warsaw. This role sits at the intersection of consumer experience and Netflix Studio, focusing on two key areas: the Publicity and Fan Engagement Technology Team and the Content Understanding Team. The position involves leading software engineers in developing technology that powers content cataloging, promotion, localization, and distribution.

The role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical excellence with business needs, foster an inclusive team culture, and drive high-impact results. You'll be responsible for building and managing teams that create innovative solutions for content understanding, fan engagement, and publicity management.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll work with cross-functional teams across the US and Poland, ensuring reliable delivery of critical business initiatives.
