Engineering Manager - Talent (HR) Tech / Fin Tech

This strategic role will primarily focus on Talent (HR) Tech long-term, with additional FinTech responsibilities in 2025.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR technology solutions, combining experience with both third-party SaaS platforms like Workday and custom-built applications. This role demands a leader who can bridge technical excellence with business acumen, working closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
